DrugScope's training programme is designed to support drug and alcohol services as they work towards meeting quality standards and help drug and alcohol workers deal with the many challenges and pressures they face in their working lives. The training programme aims to:

• Enable service providers to implement the various policies, standards and guidelines that apply to drug and alcohol services.
• Increase skills, self-awareness and reduce stress for staff working in the sector.
• Facilitate the involvement of staff, service users, and the community in the planning and development of services
