Former Addaction Chief Executive receives CBE

Peter Martin, former Chief Executive of Addaction has today received a CBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours list.

Mr Martin, who stepped down as Chief Executive earlier this year, has been honoured for his contribution to the drugs field. He had been with Addaction for 15 years and under his stewardship, the organisation was established as the leading national treatment charity with 70 services in 46 locations ranging from Addaction Scotland to Cornwall
